Indie-music.com has announced their editor’s picks for the top 25 MP3s of 2007 and we’re pleased to announce that “Twentysomething” was chosen to be part of this exclusive list! YONI has worked with autism charities in the past and continues to give back by partnering with Cure Autism Now & Autism Speaks to put out the first volume of the Rock-Can-Roll compilation CD featuring “Twentysomething” as the second track. CDs can be purchased for $10 at www.rock-can-roll.com and all proceeds go directly to the Cure Autism Now foundation.
Roadtrip Nation, the PBS show that follows fresh out of college twentysomethings as they travel across the country in search of something more, will feature - what else - "Twentysomething" in episode 7 of the current season, which launches 10/21. "Extra Credit" has been receiving widespread college radio play with over 150 stations across the country adding the album to their rotation. Call your local station to see if they've added it and if not, request that they do!

YONI recently performed with award winning singer-songwriter Ellen Bukstel at a rally for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama in Miami. We believe music to be universal and therefore non-partisan.
"Let The Devil Know" is going to be featured in the final scene and end credits of the upcoming independent film "One-Eyed Monster" starring Ron Jeremy. The movie is currently in post-production and will be submitted in the festival circuit and promoted for distribution.

Cure Autism Now is a non-profit foundation that raises money for autism research and outreach programs to build awareness and education about autism. They are putting out a compilation CD for this purpose and Yoni’s song “Twentysomething” was chosen as one of the selections. It's official - the debut CD from Yoni, titled "Extra Credit," will be released July 28th, 2007 at Ft. Lauderdale's premier live music venue, Revolution www.jointherevolution.net Yoni will perform with a full band, playing all the songs featured on the album along with an opening act TBA. It is an ALL AGES show beginning at 8PM. More details will follow in the coming weeks but mark your calendars now... it will be an event.
